Slightly reminiscent of an IPA, this unique coffee is bursting with citrus and a lovely bittersweetness. This coffee, along with Peach Party and Melon Candy, are from the La Sirena Estate in Quindio, Colombia where they are lovingly processed with fresh fruit by master food engineer, Juan David Puerta, who is breaking the bounds of "normal" coffee production, yielding exceptional coffees and higher wages for farmers by creating unique methods of fermentation and processing.
