Peru Doña Luz Cajamarca

A single-farm lot from husband and wife team, Roger Chilcon and Luz Mely Aguilar Sánchez, this sweet and quite balanced coffee has a wonderful, lingering mouthfeel and is shot through with notes of fruit and cream, with a good dose of drinking chocolate on the tail end. Surprisingly complex, this lot from Peru is an absolute pleasure to drink.
