This unique coffee is taken from the La Sirena Estate in Quindio, Colombia and then lovingly processed with fresh peaches by master food engineer, Juan David Puerta, who is breaking the bounds of "normal" coffee production, yielding exceptional coffees and higher wages for farmers by creating unique methods of fermentation and processing.
