The end of the summer means the end of watermelon season and I am just not happy about it, so I'm thrilled to have this coffee on hand! I've never drank melted down watermelon Jolly Ranchers but I imagine this is probably pretty similar to what that would taste like though probably a little less syrupy. This coffee, along with Peach Party and Sensación, are from the La Sirena Estate in Quindio, Colombia where they are lovingly processed with fresh fruit by master food engineer, Juan David Puerta, who is breaking the bounds of "normal" coffee production, yielding exceptional coffees and higher wages for farmers by creating unique methods of fermentation and processing.
